Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, push notification tokens (OneSignal / FCM), and IP address.

4. Background Location Data Notice

Important Location Access Policy: Instafer Driver collects location data to enable nearby ride matching, live route navigation, and passenger safety tracking even when the Driver app is running in the background or closed.

Location collection for Drivers begins when the driver toggles their status to "On Duty / Available" and stops when they toggle "Off Duty". Riders' location is accessed only while using the application to set pickup and dropoff points.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions between our mobile apps and servers are encrypted using secure SSL/TLS protocols.
